I am a highly skilled professional in Project Management. My professional background includes more than 15 years of expertise administering humanitarian, development, and humanitarian- nexus-development programs for international and national non-governmental organizations. For successful and outstanding performance in project management, including project implementation, I have received awards and letters of recognition from governments representing my organizations, including from the Prime Minister's Office of Ethiopia, and partners organizations for operational excellence, and creative works that have built pastoralist community's resilience to hazards(drought and conflict). In addition to this, I have been a recipient of numerous honors and awards. Working with more than five different humanitarian organizations over the course of these years has provided me with a wealth of expertise and abilities in a variety of fields, including program and project design, execution, monitoring, and control, as well as needs assessment. In this context, I have a solid understanding of the guiding principles of non-governmental organizations (NGOs), as well as of the management of teams and finances. Throughout the entirety of my professional life, I have always maintained a high degree of professionalism and honesty in my interactions with stakeholders and coworkers. As a result of this, I am well-known for my ability to successfully adapt to a wide variety of situations that arise at work.
