Adalid Zelada

Adalid Zelada, experienced fundraising manager with 12+ years of combined national, regional and international experience in designing and implementing strategies, programs/projects, fundraising and awareness campaigns, leading and managing external relations and partnerships, advocacy, and humanitarian emergency response in 18 countries of Latin America and the Caribbean. 6+ years of experience leading resource mobilization efforts and teams for International Non-Governmental Organizations and United Nations system organizations (UNFPA, UNESCO). Adalid, a results-oriented leader with demonstrated skills in management, diplomacy, negotiations, and outstanding communication and public relations skills. Currently works as Resource Mobilization and Partnerships Officer for Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) at UNESCO, responsible for resource mobilization and building partnerships in particular with broad range of stakeholders including civil society, private sector, donor institutions, United Nations system organizations, and foundations at national and international level.
