I am a cross culturally adroit professional, multilingual senior executive fluent in five West African languages, English, and French with in-depth knowledge of the political, social and economic context of the African continent. I have experience working in both non-profit and private sectors and have been working in the international development arena for over 15 years. My expertise lies in development finance, program management, operations and coaching. I have experience working on multimillion-dollar budgets and grants for organizations such as The Rockefeller Foundation, Touch Foundation, FXB International, the African Development Bank, and TrustAfrica. I also have strong understanding of donor policies, guidelines, and procedures, including implementation of USAID-funded projects and financial management for donors such as Rockefeller Foundation, Ford Foundation, and Touch Foundation. I have stewarded complex initiatives with donors, monitoring and evaluating their grant giving.
