I am currently working as a Grant Manager for Pathfinder International USAID Transform: Primary Health Care Activity, where I am responsible to oversee and Coordinate a subgrant for the Government of Ethiopia Health System Entities. The total Subgrant that will be given to grantees over five years is $30,000,000.00. In addition to the subgrantee activities at the national level, I am also supporting and coordinating the activities of four regional Grant's officers to ensure strong management of the subgrant activities, encompassing areas of compliance, implementation, reporting, and monitoring the implementation and proposal design. I am a skilled accountant with more than 19 years of experience in financial management, grant management, human resources and administration, training, and Workshop facilitation. I am also well versed in USAID rules and regulations, grant management principles and have strong experience with financial management, budget preparation, maintaining of project expenditures, and monitoring the implementation of an agreement with partner organizations.
