Social and community development expert cum learning and development enthusiast, an alumnus and a peer coach with Atlas Corps Leadership Institute with over a decade of experience and proven track records of working in non-profit organisations with demonstrated expertise in programme implementation , social and community development, capacity building, delivering training and workshops, managing people, projects, and budgets as well as volunteer management geared towards creating a safe and an enabling environment for children and young people. His passion for social development and community work continues to pave the way for socioeconomic and sustainable impacts aimed at improving interventions for vulnerable individuals and groups mostly those within the resource constrained communities. Through collaborations with state and non-state actors, he finds the most appropriate response to the situation of marginalised groups through civic civic-driven change approach to promote sustainable development as well as strengthening stakeholders' and communities' capacity through training, networking and linkages with relevant authorities to achieve desirable social development. As a learning and development enthusiast, he is committed to identifying current and future skills requirements for employees, stakeholders and volunteers to excel in their roles in achieving set objectives. He is programmatic, result result-driven with a focus on care reforms, child and youth development, child safeguarding and protection as well promoting community led initiatives and strengthening the community safety net for children and young people to reach their full potentials. I am convinced that my sound knowledge of programme management, community development and respect for the dignity of human lives which cut across different functions coupled with my sense of humour will be needed in any humanitarian role and other assigned functions. My strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and result-oriented report writing will bring immediate impact to any organisation.
