Prior to joining the ILO, I worked as a consultant for the Office of the Mediterranean Corridor, the Spanish Ministry of Public Works and Transport. Experience using quantitative analysis -including econometrics, and mastering statistical software package STATA. Bsc in Economics from the University of Barcelona and MSc in Development Economics from SOAS (Distinction).
