I am an experienced Programme Manager and development leader with proven success in designing, managing, and evaluating large-scale, donor-funded initiatives that advance gender equality, human rights, and inclusive governance. My expertise spans project management, grants administration, civil society capacity strengthening, monitoring and evaluation (MERL), gender-based violence (GBV) prevention and response, social and behaviour change (SBC), and HIV/AIDS programming. I have led multi-country projects funded by the European Union, USAID, and UN agencies, achieving measurable impact through strategic planning, results-based management, and adaptive programming.
