I am a driven, agile, and goal-oriented Project Finance Expert with a passion for developing and executing financial strategies in support of development programs and business projects. I highlight some of my past achievements that show my strengths and competencies that may further strengthen your team as below: Key Achievements  I created a cohesive team in the East Africa region where finance and administration teams in Kenya, Rwanda, and Uganda aligned with Cardno’s global priorities and that responded to regional needs in terms of project financial management, compliance, donor reporting, and statutory reporting.  I lead and oversaw the successful conclusion of statutory and project audits in all my time at Cardno  Singlehandedly designed and implemented an induction package adopted for use in inducing staff and consultants into new projects which have greatly improved communication of project-specific systems and procedures to implementing staff and consultants. I received high accolades from top management for this innovation as it was considered 90% more effective than the previous induction method.  Generated 100% effective and efficient donor reports to DfID (now FCDO) and other donors 100% of reporting periods leading to a perfect donor relationship with the organization. Received a commendation from DfID on the closure of the SDMR project.  When Cardno East Africa transitioned from reporting to Cardno UK to reporting to Cardno Australia, I successfully oversaw the conversion of project finance systems to align with Cardno Australia’s systems and procedures. I was part of the team spearheading and leading the implementation of BST ERP at Cardno East Africa.  As a Projects Accountant, I acted as a link between program financial management and corporate finance and operations departments helping to maintain and continue building close collaboration between the program teams and operations teams.
