I am a specialist in fragility & conflict, aid management, development finance and infrastructure, working with ODI. I worked at the World Bank for 28 years in management positions and technical assignments in infrastructure. I headed the fragile states group after being country director for Afghanistan and operations director and deputy for the South Asia vice president. Have worked in South Asia, Middle East, Central Europe and Africa regions.
