I'm a young and energetic development practitioner. I worked world vision Ethiopia for nine years and three months where I was promoted three times. I worked as design, monitoring and evaluation officer for two and half years and developed technical skills. I also worked as area development coordinator and manager for four and half years which has helped me to develop leadership skills.
