With 20+ years of experience, Alexis drives ambitious targets in complex country environments, developing market systems and engaging the private sector to enhance agricultural productivity and sustainability. Alexis brings expertise in managing large-scale projects, strengthening value chains, and fostering private-sector partnerships. Known for assembling high-performing teams, she effectively engages government, private sector, and key stakeholders to achieve collaborative success and sustainable economic development. Alexis has served as Chief of Party on several USAID-funded projects in Nepal, Cambodia, and Bangladesh. She has also contributed to Washington, D.C.-based management on projects in Asia, West Africa, and Central Asia, as well as to global business development efforts. Currently, Alexis is leading the Feed the Future Nepal USAID Agricultural Transformation contract, building on previous successes in enhancing agricultural competitiveness across Nepal.
