● East Africa - Catholic Relief Services o As the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning Regional Technical Advisor, Alison provides MEAL TA to seven country programs, their MEAL and program staff, providing both inperson and remote support on proposals, project implementation, and non-project specific MEAL systems. ● Kenya - DAI Europe o As the Results and Performance Manager of DAI-Europe's Deepening Democracy Programme (DDP), she is responsible for developing the M&E, Learning, and Communications systems and approaches for program, as well as promoting the mutual reinforcement of work in those three areas. ● East Africa and Somalia - Integrity o As the Technical Lead, Alison provided oversight to all technical strategies, planning, and deliverables in the DFID-Somalia M&E support program during its Inception period. o As the Design, Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant, Alison provided technical and operational inputs to relevant Integrity proposals for work in East Africa and manages on-going M&E-focused projects in Somalia, Tanzania, and South Sudan. Somalia - Somalia Monitoring Programme (SMP) I - IBTCI o As Technical Assistance Component Lead, Alison provided technical assistance to DFID and its implementing partners in Somalia, to build their M&E frameworks, systems and methodologies, and tools, and operationalize these improvements. ● West Bank - Partnerships With Youth - IREX o As Director of M&E, Gender, and Communications, Alison developed strategies, systems, and tools for these three cross-cutting areas, and worked closely with all technical or program managers to ensure quality, evidence-based, gender-sensitive implementation of youth development and organizational development programming. ● Cambodia - Children's Future International o As a Senior Program Advisor, she worked closely with the Board and the Director to develop strategic tools for CFI's Children's Education and Well-being Program and built capacity of management and local staff to rely on those tools. ● Yemen - Responsive Governance Project - Counterpart International o As M&E Specialist, she developed and implemented an M&E system for RGP, using participatory, gender mainstreamed, and collaborative techniques, while building the capacity of all program staff in M&E and self-reflection. ● Afghanistan - Initiative to Promote Afghan Civil Society I & II - Counterpart International o As Director of Program Support, Alison managed and built the capacity of M&E, gender, and communication units, ensured the integration of the three units' resources and outputs, and developed M&E and communication systems for both I-PACS and its civil society partners. o As Program Coordinator, she coordinated and ensured cross-sectoral integration of program activities, especially the areas of M&E, communications, and inclusivity. Afghanistan - Building Education Support Systems for Teachers - Creative Associates International o As Communications and External Affairs Manager, she acted as a focal point for all key local implementing partners, ensuring information exchange and uniform usage of program tools, protocols, and systems. ● Five + years of classroom teaching experience, both in SE Asia and in the U.S.
