Summary

Mr. Nkunzimana has been the Senior Governance Advisor for the USAID Haiti since August 2011. He has been responsible for providing technical advice, expert leadership, and agreement management on the following programmatic areas: strengthening public sector executive function to provide transparent and accountable governance at national and local levels including anti-corruption, civil service reform, local governance, capacity building, public financial management, revenue mobilization and e-governance. Mr. Nkunzimana has played a lead role in the design, implementation and management of USAID/Haiti’s strategies and programs related to good governance, and he has been responsible for administration, management, and reporting for USAID programs on human rights, integrated financial management, revenue mobilization, civil service reforms and other forms of technical assistance to build the capacity of Government of Haiti (GOH) institutions.
