
Amanda J. Reffsin (she/her) is the Strategic Relationships Director for Asia & the Middle East with the NYC Mayor's Office for International Affairs, where she develops engagement strategies for diplomatic communities and manages partnerships with international stakeholders. Previously, she held senior program management positions with FHI 360, the International Rescue Committee, UNICEF USA, Miyamoto International, and CORE, managing complex grants and humanitarian programs across the Middle East, North Africa, and conflict-affected regions. She holds a Master of Science in International Educational Development from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Culture & Communications from Ithaca College. She has completed field assignments in Ukraine, Côte d'Ivoire, OPT, and is legally authorized to work in the US.
