Andrew Kagwa

Mr. Kagwa is an experienced Researcher, Consultant and Academician for more than 8 years from University of Dar es Salaam Tanzania. He holds BSc. in Electromechanical Engineering and Master of Engineering Management specialised in in Industrial and IT management from the University of Dar es Salaam. He has been teaching techno-entrepreneurship, reliability engineering, artificial intelligence, engineering operations management and project management Mr. Kagwa is an Assistant Lecturer at University of Dar es Salaam, Chairman of Quality management and quality assurance technical committee at Tanzania Bureau of Standards, a member of organizing committee of MIE’2012, 2014, 2016 and 2018 International Conferences and Director/Founder of Research Experts of Tanzania Ltd. Mr. Kagwa has managed to publish two publications in his academic career; • Book chapter Kagwa, A.
