Since 2006, worked on emerging infectious diseases and pandemic response during Avian Influenza H5N1 and Pandemic Influenza A H1N1 (2009), advising governments, international organizations, multilateral banks and corporations. In 2018-19, through World Bank, updated Cambodia's National Pandemic Preparedness Plan. For Asian Development Bank in 2009, Senior Policy Advisor, Prevention/Control of Avian and Pandemic Influenza. Corporate Health Security Advisor for International SOS Ltd on emerging infectious disease threats for corporations in Asia Pacific (during H5N1 2006 Avian Influenza and H1N1 2009 Pandemic Influenza). Vaccine experience with GAVI 2012-16, covering Indonesia and Myanmar. USAID experience through URC on malaria control.
