I am a Peruvian educator with experience in the direction and management of educational projects and programs. The focus always being in the improvement in quality and equity of basic education with a strategic view for sustainability, based on teamwork and linked to local or national public policies, within the public sector, with international cooperation and private enterprise. As a senior consultant, I have worked with FHI360 providing support to the Ministry of Education in Guatemala with a gender and non discrimination approach. Previously, I designed and implemented evaluation studies of the outcomes of projects, programs, and policies in several countries such as US, Bolivia and Peru with the purpose of reflecting on their impact and highlighting opportunities for improvement.
