Anne is a international development professional with 20 years of experience designing and overseeing initiatives to improve access to finance and improve livelihoods for farmers, fishermen, and small business owners in developing countries and the United States. She currently leads a dynamic team of more than 400 professionals across Latin America and the Caribbean to design and implement projects to effectively improve security, increase stability, strengthen governance, and enhance environmentally and socially sustainable growth throughout the region.
