I am a development executive skilled in corporate management of global health and PEPFAR programs across six geographic regions. With over 19 years of senior management experience of global health programs, I am adept at strategic planning, policy, programming, monitoring, evaluation, and research. I established the first health practice for two companies and ushered in new revenue for sustained growth in both firms. Through a participatory process driven by our team's senior global health experts, I orchestrated and delivered our strategic plan for growth. This resulted in client diversification and the introduction of new services and skill sets on target. I have extensive experience with USAID-funded proposals (CAs and contracts) including the BAA process, but also other USG agencies namely, DHHS (CDC, NIH), NAS, MCC, as well as foundations (Gates and GE). I have been a resident advisor for the World Bank and consulted for it along with WHO, PAHO, and academia. My work in humanitarian assistance and work with the First Ladies of the Americas has been acknowledged through the receipt of four USAID awards for superior and meritorious service.
