Annie Werner

I'm a research professional with experience working in start-ups, non-profits and NGO's. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and SPSS, I have data analysis experience and statistical training. Currently I am a Research Analyst at a social change R&D lab where I generate comprehensive internal research reports that synthesize results of literature reviews and run statistical analyses. I also work with the Insights Lead and Associate Researchers to support and translate primary research conducted by the Lab into projects or initiatives. With a background in international development, I think critically about social problems and appreciate the complexity and diversity of issues that affect any one community or individual. I believe in the power of data, rigorous evaluation, and collaboration to create the most impactful solutions.
