Acting under the authority delegated by the Mission’s Head of Operations, I am responsible for managing the flow of information within the Mission and in particular ensure coherent, integrated communication and information sharing within and between OPS Unit and SMM monitoring officers. I provide leadership and strategic direction for assigned programmes as the implementation and development of the Mission’s Knowledge Management Strategy which lies in the staff organise, share and find information and knowledge already existing within the OSCE Mission, and increasing the collaboration and knowledge sharing.
