During my experience across the world, I have led security assessments, crisis response, and program startups in diverse regions from the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe. As the Global Security Manager at Project HOPE, I designed strategic security frameworks and developed context-driven contingency plans for staff in high-risk areas, always focusing on pragmatic, people-centered solutions that enable mission objectives with minimal disruption.
