Summary

Over 10 years' progressive experience in project development and management - researching on, and documenting issues related to climate change adaptation, risk and vulnerability assessment, gender, loss and damage, resilience building and environmental sustainability. Experience at different scales - working with smallholder farmers in rural areas on diversifying their livelihoods; assessing vulnerability of vulnerable groups in Burkina Faso, Ghana and Kenya and designing a prototype integrated early warning system; and documenting global emerging issues of environmental concern at the UN Environment headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya. I've provided technical assistance to seven cities in East and Southern Africa to develop ambitious climate action plans that align with the goal of Paris Agreement. More recently, I have heavily focused on developing and implementing projects in Africa and beyond.
