I earned my master degrees (MSc.) in Environmental Management, Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand (with USAID fellowship), PhD. in Public Administration on Sustainable Environmental Management, LLB (Law) and P.G Diploma in Disaster Management from India. Already worked for Institutional Capacity Development, Regional Strategic Policy and Planning, Economic Growth, DRR policy and planning and programme development and management in Asian Region. I posses more than 14 years of Humanitarian professional experience and expertise as a Regional Project Coordinator , Capacity Development Officer , Programme Manager, Adviser and Team leader in the areas of; Disaster Risk Reduction and Resilience , Climate Change Adoption, Environmental Health Education , WASH ,Human Right and Social Protection, Livelihood & Economic Development, Governance and Community Development Programme. Also worked for Cross cutting Humanitarian programme and Applied Research programme in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, India, China, Thailand, Myanmar and Central Asian Countries. As guest faculty taking lessons of master's studies for International Humanitarian and Social Studies , Palacký University Olomouc, Czech Republic.
