Adept at using program data to inform programming and influence policy design. Proven experience in designing and implementing qualitative and quantitative studies/ research, including impact evaluations, with strong skills in data management, analysis, and presentation. Strong planning and organization skills with passion for Results Based Management (RBM) and fluency in both English and French.
