I am a humanitarian worker and development professional having gender, CBDRR, protection, youth engagement, program and partnership development, community mobilization, coordination and managerial experience of almost 18 years, included 8 years in Humanitarian specific programs attained through working at progressively responsible positions in diversified environments both thematic & geographic. Having been at lead positions, I bring along strong background in strategic planning with apt approach to translate strategic vision into workable action plans especially in Emergency response and early recovery included Protection, WASH, Shelter, Food and NFIs, Health, Education, Livelihood and GBV. I have hands on experience in operations management with knack for innovation in program implementation ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness. Strong analytical approach, effective communication, team building and persuasion skills are the key strengths that have always aided my managerial functions.
