I hold a MS degree on Russian Economy Academy, Moscow Institute Steel and Allows and Bowling Green State University. I managed business projects financed through EBRD. I have worked in International NGO's where I ensured effective implementation of community mobilization activities and partnerships between the INGO, government and business. I also worked to cultivate effective relationships with USAID and other donors.
