Dr. Barkat Ullah earned his Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Agricultural Extension Education, and a B.Sc. in Agriculture (Hons.) from Bangladesh Agricultural University. He also completed an M.S. in Environmental Science from State University of Bangladesh. Dr. Ullah has more than 25 years of experience in national and international organizations. He has led projects on environment, climate change, and disaster risk management. He is a dedicated member of professional associations.
