I have also been able to support and lead training processes, and the implementation of methodologies such as OCA + (professionalization of organizations), CLA (collaboration, learning and adaptation), SNA (network analysis of the system) and the training of trainers.
Regarding the management of issues: migration, corruption, human rights, gender and social inclusion, climate change, risk management, issues of national interest, among others.
Personally, I am responsible, honest, empathetic and very committed to my work, which I strengthen with group integration and continuous learning. I consider myself creative and proactive, with purpose in the tasks assigned to me. I like challenges and I always try to find meaning and response to obstacles, I don't give up easily.
