Dr. Benjamin Blumenthal has more than 15 years of working experience in international development and in providing advisory services, with a special focus on public sector management (good governance). He has formulated strategic plans and designed projects, has carried out assessments and project evaluations, and has created capacity development programmes. Benjamin has worked in more than 25 post-conflict and developing countries with UN agencies, governments and development organizations.
