BSc level qualification in Agricultural Economics, knowledge of Ethiopian agriculture sector coupled with experience in agriculture productivity/resilience livelihoods, value chain and youth employment schemes, MA qualification in Economics and expertise in international development, project management, poverty analysis and reduction interventions, Diploma level qualification in management and strong financial acumen gained through managing close to $ 10 million project budget from DFATD, $ 2 million from USAID, other large budgets from individuals and corporate donors, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting to multi stakeholders.
