Bernard is a seasoned professional in management and development with over 14 years of progressive experience managing and implementing multi-million-dollar public health programs for highly reputable international NGOs in Zambia. He is a results-oriented person with proven experience in managing programs in HIV/AIDS, adolescent sexual and reproductive health, family planning, gender, child rights, orphans and vulnerable children, behavior change communication, community engagement and social advocacy. He is a team player and is highly experienced in managing diverse teams. He is currently working for Pact Zambia under USAID funded Zambia Community HIV Prevention Project (USAID Z-CHPP) as Regional Program Coordinator (Copperbelt Province) responsible for the overall management and coordination of the project. The project aims to reduce the number of new HIV/AIDS infection rates in Zambia among priority populations who include adolescent girls and young women, people living with HIV/AID
