Am a mid carrier proffesional holding an Msc in water science and Engineering from UNESCO-IHE Delft Netherlands. Am currently lecturer of irigation engineering. Am a part time consultant with the Ministry of Agriculture in Uganda in the area of irrigation develpment. Apart from government i also work closely with NGOs involved in the recouvry process of Northern Uganda. Am currently working on an ambitious project for irrigation development in Pader District with GOAL relief services.
