I am an enthusiastic, analytical and reliable project manager who has held primary responsibility for diverse economic growth, agriculture, tourism, craft, health, educational, and trade programs and complex donor projects. I worked with rural communities developing cottage industries, SMEs and environment enabling organisations, and generating new job opportunities and enhance the skills from the labour force at various levels in the value chain, especially for women and youth, creating inclusiveness. I have fast experience in incorporating nutrition, finance, ICT, and environment in the projects she runs. I worked in seven donor funded projects, developed PPP with over 200 organizations who led market inclusiveness activities reaching over 100,000 beneficiary participants. I trained more than 300 private sector development practitioners ‘Working with Inclusive Businesses’ and ‘Value Chain Program Design with a focus on sustainable market-based solutions. As a Chief of Party / Country Manager for over 15 years, I have led various complex donor programs with a value range between the $2 million and $26 million dollars. In a $125 million project I made the change possible towards inclusive market systems as a value chain facilitation advisor. Through her broad experience to comply to various donors (USAID, USDA, SIDA, Dutch Embassy) she is able to adapt to diverse and new requirements of donors. I am a highly motivated, innovative and creative leader, who is professional and able to build effective and productive and collaborative working relationships with stakeholders and staff through diverse leadership styles and systemic approaches. Learning and adapting are other key aspects in my work as these create flexibility within the framework to deliver sustainable impact to the target beneficiary participants. I have an educational background in management combined with agriculture and environment. I have a proven ability to motivate and work effectively with people from diverse cultures and is skilled in working within a developing and/or insecure environment with limited resources. I excel in problem analysis, developing and simplifying procedures, adaptive management and finding innovative sustainable solutions.
