Key Skills * Experience leading projects, policy analysis, and research in education and workforce development, in a variety of developing countries * In-depth knowledge of education in Rwanda, including early childhood, primary, secondary, and TVET * Leading thinker on the systemic analysis of education quality; led development of the UNESCO-IIEP Learning Portal's core content. * Ability to work in English, French, Kinyarwanda, and Spanish. Dr. Honeyman is currently Senior Youth Workforce Specialist at World Learning, and is a Senior Fellow with teaching responsibilities at the Duke Center for International Development, Duke University.
