Can you envision a world where the public and private sectors work synergistically to create shared value and improve the health and well-being of all? This is my vision, so I’m currently expanding my skill set at Johns Hopkins in the areas of public policy and business management. In my years as a clinical Health Care and Education professional in both public and private organizations, I routinely encountered obstacles to that vision (bureaucratic inefficiency, discontinuous funding) which resulted in financial waste and decreased access to vital healthcare and educational resources for families. Now, I’m leveraging my clinical expertise and open, innovative mindset, as well as growing public policy and business skills, to enhance public-private collaborations for the benefit of all stakeholders.
