• Veterinarian with Master of Public Health degree; former journalist. • Project design and lead technical writer on USAID-, USDA-, and MCC-funded project proposals related to livestock. • Provide technical assistance to livestock and public health projects. • Experience in design and implementation of livestock health, husbandry, and value chain development programs in Africa, Middle East, South Asia, Caucasus, United States; animal and zoonotic disease outbreak monitoring, response, and investigations; public health- and food safety-focused capacity building of govt and community animal health workers. • Project Management experience in food security/livelihoods sector. • Fluent in English, French, Arabic, Spanish.
