I am passionate about closing gender gaps, promoting social inclusion, improving education, and encouraging youth civic participation through community development programs. I currently work at Mercy Corps managing programs and coordinating proposals in Central Asia and Eurasia (Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Georgia). I recently advised USAID on ways to better connect youth (young, global changemakers), researched youth involvement in preventing GBV, and completed an MSc in International Development. Previously at Global Communities, I oversaw the proposal and business development process for funding solicitations. I also supported the management of ongoing USAID, UNHCR, OPIC, and corporate-funded programs in sectors such as youth workforce development, refugee camp management, and community capacity-building in 10 countries. Before that, I coordinated 30 global health education projects across 13 countries at Health Volunteers Overseas.
