Cheryl Hooper

I am Europe Director at Lattitude Global Volunteering and responsible for new programme development, strategy and operational issues for Lattitude in Europe. We are a youth development charity providing meaningful volunteering opportunities for young people worldwide. I am also an independent consultant specialising in fundraising and capacity building for small and medium sized charities and NGOs in the UK and internationally. I have 20 years experience in the voluntary sector and worked as Head of Programme Development for a UK based international development charity with programmes in South Africa for 5 years. I have a good understanding and experience across a wide range of areas including, strategic planning, governance, fundraising, programme development, training and operational management. I am currently studying for the Masters in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid.
