- Experience in Resilience and Adaptation to Climate Change, Disaster Risk Management, Emergency Preparedness and Response, Food security and nutrition; - Experience in strategic partnership and donor relations (resource mobilization, focal point for traditional donors and government institutions); - Good skills in Project Cycle Management (PCM) : ECHO, USAID, UN and private donors; - Good knowledge of the Sphere Project; - Professional knowledge of English and Spanish; - Basic knowledge of French; - Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, Internet, Mac OS X).
