Chidi Nweneka

Dr. Chidi Victor Nweneka is a distinguished expert in global health, infectious diseases, and organizational development, with a career spanning over two decades. He holds an MBBS from the University of Benin, an MSc in Epidemiology from the University of London, and a PhD from the University of Glasgow. Dr. Nweneka has held significant positions in various health organizations, contributing to the development of strategic and operational plans for public health initiatives, among other things. Dr. Nweneka has been instrumental in promoting local vaccine manufacturing in Africa. He has been a board member of the African Vaccine Manufacturing Initiative and led its Advocacy Working Group for six years, playing a pivotal role in initiatives like the Partnerships for African Vaccine Manufacturing (PAVM). Dr. Nweneka's extensive experience and leadership have significantly contributed to advancements in public health policy, strategic management, and vaccine development across Africa
