Christelle Safi

I am a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) and Collaborating, Learning and Adapting (CLA) Specialist for 15 years. I worked on USG-funded projects in the following sectors: Justice and Rule of law, local governance, water, education and economic growth. My work in Haiti and Lebanon has been praised by local counterparts, US-based contracting agencies, as well as USAID. I hold a PhD in Law from the University of Paris Panthéon-Assas, and am fluent in French, English, native in Arabic (Lebanese citizen), proficient in Haitian Creole and a beginner in Spanish.
