Clinton Sears

Clinton Sears is a global health professional with nearly two decades of experience on USAID, US Peace Corps, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and PEPFAR programs in HIV/AIDS, nutrition, food security, agriculture, and livelihoods. As a Project Director and evaluation practitioner he develops project tools including work plans, budgets, monitoring plans, surveys, and databases; he also trains and supervises staff in data collection, analysis, and reporting, and ensures project deadlines are met in accordance with donor directives. He has designed and administered public health surveys, created nutrition assessment tools, edited and published educational guidance, collaborated in the development of M&E indicators, and used both quantitative and qualitative data to craft policy briefs. In addition, he has 7 years of experience in international education and facilitation experience.
