Clinton Sears is a global health professional with nearly two decades of experience on USAID, US Peace Corps, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and PEPFAR programs in HIV/AIDS, nutrition, food security, agriculture, and livelihoods. As a Project Director and evaluation practitioner he develops project tools including work plans, budgets, monitoring plans, surveys, and databases; he also trains and supervises staff in data collection, analysis, and reporting, and ensures project deadlines are met in accordance with donor directives.
