Long-term intermittent technical advisor for two commercial banks. Extensive experience with rural and urban individual and group lending methodologies; small and medium enterprise lending; product design; training and technical assistance; market research and writing policy and procedure manuals, reports and proposals. Experience with Access to Finance programs in Sierra Leone, Rwanda, Nepal, Kenya, Zambia and Nigeria.
