Creptone is an accomplished Education and Early Childhood Development (ECD) Specialist with over 12 years of experience driving impactful projects and programs that improve access to quality education for marginalized children. Currently, he serves as the Intervention Specialist for Shule Bora Program in Dodoma, funded by UKAID. He has been instrumental in shaping the education and ECD framework in Tanzania, contributing to the development and rollout of key national initiatives, including the National Multi-Sectoral ECD Program and the National Childcare Workers Guide, launched in 2022. Creptone has also co-authored essential national resources, such as the National Guide for Play and Learning Materials, Guidelines for Crèches and Community Based Day Care Centers, and the Implementation Manual for SRP program. Through strategic partnerships with institutions like VETA, Creptone has built the capacity of over 400 vocational trainers and empowered more than 1,000 adolescents with life skills and entrepreneurial support. His leadership has facilitated the establishment of 30 model Community-Based ECD centers in Dodoma and Dar es Salaam, 60 community-owned centers in Mbeya and Dar es Salaam, and the rollout of ECD programs in 11 districts in Zanzibar. Additionally, he played a critical role in the creation of the National ECD Helpline and supported the integration of digital ECD content for Community Health Volunteers in Unguja and Pemba. Creptone’s expertise in stakeholder engagement, resource mobilization, and program implementation has enabled him to forge strong networks across government, NGOs, and communities. His contributions have consistently ensured sustainable, high-impact initiatives, solidifying his reputation as a leader in ECD and education development in Tanzania. Additionally, Creptone played a pivotal role in the establishment of the National ECD Helpline, the implementation of ECD programs in eleven (11) district councils in Zanzibar, and the establishment of 60 community-based ECD centers in Dar es Salaam and Mbeya regions currently owned by the community. He also contributed to the development of digital ECD content, currently utilized by Community Health Volunteers for delivering quality ECD services in Zanzibar.
