I am a senior M&E, Research Expert with a Masters degree in Applied Statistics from Reading University, UK (1992). I have 18 years of work experience that includes teaching research methods in Moi University (Kenya), Senior M&E Advisor for USAID in Kenya, Uganda, and Iraq. I have also worked for USAID contractors IBI International in Liberia, DAI in Afghanistan, and Mitchell Group in Uganda. I have been a direct consultant for the World Bank in Kenya and Uganda, UNDP in Kenya and Sudan, COMESA, GIZ among others.
