He is a skilled coach, facilitator, organizational development practitioner, and advisor who brings cutting-edge approaches and common-sense solutions to his partnerships with leaders and teams worldwide, including at USAID, State Department, non-profits, foundations, and private sector firms. Dan holds International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification and serves on the advisory board for the PRIME Coaching Academy. He is the author of The Career Design Map, the host of the Forward-Looking Leadership podcast, and a Harvard Business Review contributor.
