I am an economist, policy analyst and independent consultant. I have more than 13 years working experience as a policy analyst. I have produced a number of papers on development, poverty reduction, macroeconomic and fiscal policies. I have also reviewed and analyzed economic policies from a pro-poor perspective. I hold a Masters of Public Administration Degree (MPA) from Columbia University, USA and a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics Degree from Makerere University, Kampala Uganda.
