Daniel Sinika

Sinika Daniel is a Strategic and Project Management professional with over twelve (15) years' experience in monitoring, evaluating, research and claims adjudication. He has worked with various donors' projects including USG, USAID and DANIDA financed project. He was the Monitoring & Evaluation Manager for Pencil of Promise (an American NGO operating in Africa, Asia and South America) in Ghana and currently the Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator for Plan International Ghana on the Strengthening Health Outcomes for Women and Children (SHOW) Project. He has also worked with highly reputable organizations including Abt Associates, Bridge-Ghana, Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) and ADRA. He also has extensive experience working in the government sector e.g. (National Health Insurance Scheme). His skills include building sustainable relations with strong qualitative and quantitative data analysis, setting up monitoring systems and ensuring data quality. It also includes capacity building of staff, and relationship management. He is able to work with diverse group of people in a multicultural, team-oriented environment. As a challenge for most people, he is able to work without close supervision; setting clear goals and leading teams to achieve set targets. He has tremendous experience collaborating with staff and stakeholders and applies program quality standards to project design and organizational leaning. He has a good knowledge in public health, education, negotiations and researches with experience in monitoring programmes implementation at Community, District and Regional level. He holds Masters in Business Administration in Strategic and Project Management, Post-Graduate Diploma in Management and Higher National Diploma in Statistics. He speaks English, Fante, Hausa, Twi and Bimoba with little Dagomba.
