
I am a venture development and impact investment platform architect and implementor, with more than 15 years of experience helping government administrations, NGOs, banks, investors and development agencies in the design and implementation of better private sector development platforms. I have run companies, agencies, and organizations, as well as designed and implemented community and empowerment platforms. I am an outspoken advocate for linkages between government, universities, and business, and have stimulated new corporate social investments in public private partnerships. I have advocated for new approaches to technology commercialization, while stressing for a role of for universities. I have worked with multinational corporations to develop corporate social responsibility initiatives, which improve supply chain engagements and productivity. I have provided expert testimony to the US Congress, co-drafted new legislation, and have served as an advisory panel member to the Atlanta Fed in support of job creation and related policy formation. I have served as CEO of three organizations and been accountable to a board of directors at two. I founded and led two organizations and have been team leader on more than 10 international consulting projects. I have built empowered and talented teams, in cross-cultural and cross-functional environments, as I focused on instilling a customer-centric philosophy. I am comfortable being the face of an organizations, in public speaking, media relations, TV appearances, and similar activities. I spearheaded development on four business incubators and served as CEO for the world’s largest trade association training incubation professionals. I have led over 125 resources; acquired 40% more clients, increased revenue 24%, created over 3000 new jobs, and appeared on national TV.
